WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we're unable to accept returns of any item unless it arrived misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. If this indeed occurs, please contact us at info@mpdtees.com within 7 days from receipt of merchandise and we will kindly arrange for a full refund.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
All orders are shipped via USPS with an assigned tracking number. Once your order is shipped, an email confirmation along with the USPS tracking number will be sent to the address provided.
WHAT IS A CUSTOM DESIGN?
A custom design is any design not being sold on the site or in the archives. Any order that requires "New" graphics, placement , and or re-coloring of an existing design or designing a product from scratch.
HOW DO I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?
A custom order can be placed by contacting us at info@MPDTees.com, be sure to include Name, Phone Number, and details about the design. You may also use the online form on our website. Keep in mind we require a minimum of ten items per custom design. Price varies on type of finish and amount of colors desired.
